personality: Manuela has a shy but at the same time outgoing personality. When she meets new people she’s a bit standoffish but loosens up and can make everyone around her laugh and feel batter within minutes. She doesn’t mind being in the spotlight but for the most part she prefers being in the background, her little sister Elizabeth is the one who loves the attention. She has ADHD and when her meds decide to punk out she can get really hyper and has trouble sitting still.
Manuela is a very sarcastic and quick witted person and usually has a response for everything, weather it be a joke or not. Unfortunately she’s as stubborn and hard headed as an ox. It’s not necessarily a bad thing but it has gotten her in a spot of trouble many times. She has trouble trusting people because of her past and doesn’t trust many outside her family.

Manuela was born on June 25, a minute and a half before her twin brother Peter to Duncan and Rose. She was the first of four children the couple had. They were a young couple who got married at 20 and started having children not long after, at the time the twins were born Manuela‘s parents were visiting family in Hamburg, Germany. Manuela and Pete were born a month early on a plane flying from Germany back to Ireland. Since they were born on a plane they both have dual citizenship between Germany and Ireland. Both of her sisters were born in Ireland.
When Manuela was six she was on an outing with her family and she was kidnapped when no one was looking. She was held for three weeks and for ransom. During those three weeks Manuela wasn’t scared for herself but for her family when they found out the truth. Manuela knew from overhearing the kidnapper’s that she wasn’t going out make it out of there alive, she knew they were planning on killing her when they got the money. During the three weeks she had tried to escape and fight back against her abductors but was unsuccessful in her attempts.
On the morning of the end of the Third week the kidnappers came in and abruptly woke Manuela from her restless sleep and she knew that was it. She fought back against them but yet again was unsuccessful in her attempts as she fought back the main kidnapper pulled out a knife and stabbed her repeatedly until she was near death. The kidnappers left her there to die but what they didn’t realize was that the police had tracked them from their phone calls, and were outside their hideout as they exited. They tried to fight their way out and were killed by the police’s gun fire. The police entered the building and found Manuela bleeding out and barely conscious and took her to the ambulance.
Manuela was in the hospital for Three months recovering from her attack and was released soon after that. Because of the damage done to her from the stab wounds Manuela now has a hole in her heart that the doctors were unable to fix, it doesn’t bother her often. After she was released from the hospital Manuela didn’t speak to anyone for several years. She finally started speaking again when she was nearly 10.
Her Father is a doctor who was offered a job at the Forks hospital, after talking it over with his wife they decided to take the offer and move to Forks to settle down from big city living. Her and her Family just moved. She hasn’t started school yet.

Manuela was heading back to her dorm after taking a walk around the area. She was extremely happy that day since not only had she finally figured out and familiarized herself with her surroundings, she had also had the chance to take some amazing pictures. Manuela had particularly enjoyed walking around along the wharf and seeing all the shops and walking barefoot along the beach, snapping pictures of people and scenery as she went. As she walked back towards the school, she recognized a few people that she had met in her classes. Manuela was happy by how the people she had met so far acted towards her. She had already found a great friend in both Andrew and Ollie.
Andrew or Bunni as she had nicknamed him, when she saw a picture of him in bunny ears, was absolutely adorable. He was one of the first people she had met here other than Allyce and Pete. She found Bunni to be an absolute sweetheart, and though she was surprised that she opened up to him so quickly, she could never come to regret her decision to do so. What made it even better was that due to him major he was in the dorm as she was, just in the next room over. And it was even better because, before Ollie had to leave school, he was just a couple room’s away along with Manuela’s twin brother Pete, who was Ollie’s roommate. Bunni, which Manuela had learned, also had a twin. She had only met his brother Marcus once and though his personality was somewhat on the opposite end of the spectrum from Bunni’s, Manuela couldn’t help but love Marc as she had come to love Bunni.
Manuela must have had the perfect timing, because just as she was nearing the school and her dorm building, she saw the form of her best friend. She smiled and chuckled lightly as she saw him walking along. It was kind of impossible to miss his hair, considering it looked like a lions mane. Manuela ran towards him and jumped on his back laughing as he barely caught her. “Bunni!”
