She had no choice. Jacob had left her no choice now that he had decided to marry the little twit. Bella Swan, she knew that the twit would ruin everything. Why couldn't she just go away? She wasn't always a hateful person but she knew that some things should have stayed far, far away. Bella being one of those things. But, because Bella was to become Jacob's wife, she had decided maybe she should try....try to be civial to the woman who would make her Alpha very happy.
She also knew there was something Bella was hiding, the wolf was very keenly aware of that. She could read emotions rather well, and she didn't need to know what Bella was thinking in order to know something was wrong. She was anxious to get this meeting over with, but for some reason, she was told to meet Bella at Vermillion Diner, which kind of made her anxious as she usually never left the reservation save for when she was on patrol. And being the only female in the pack, it made her more cautious, she couldn't risk her life for something as foolish as pissing her Alpha off. But Bella needed to be taught a lesson.
Walking into the diner, she was kind of on edge, though it never showed. "Bella?" She asked when she finally got to the back table where Bella was sitting. She wondered whether Bella was ready to talk or if she was going to put it off by ordering food and what not. Of course she'd brought a little something as the only thing she wanted was a drink, although it was getting close to dinner time. She had promised Emily and Sam that she'd come over for dinner, but she was kind of hoping this whole thing would run over and she wouldn't have to. Rude, but that was just how she was these days, it wasn't fun going over to Sam's seeing him so happy with Emily. She was jealous of her cousin, of the fact Emily had what she had wanted. Did she still want Sam back?

Bella wasn't sure if telling Jacob about Edward was the right thing to do or if telling would ruin everything for her. For them. So she decided that she would tell him when she was ready. When she felt it was the perfect time. Of course she wasnt sure it would ever be the right time but she couldnt lie to him forever, could she?
Her mind was set on talking to Alice again, maybe her sister would have some more genius advice for her. Granted she never liked Alice butting in on every aspect of her life, but there were times -like this one where it was necessary.
She sighed a bit, fiddling with the zipper on her jacket before taking a sip from the glass of water she had in front of her. But at the very moment she sipped her water she heard a very familiar voice speaking and she nearly choked "Leah?" she questioned slightly, somewhat shocked to see her here. It wasn't like Leah to leave the reservation much -if she left at all-
She forced a smiled and looked up at Leah for a moment, curiosity filling her eyes. She'd showered since she'd seen Edward last but she partially wondered if Leah would sense him on her and if she did, would she tell Jacob "H-hey...sit down." she muttered sheepishly, trying to be as nice as usual. Jacob would want Bella to be nice even if Leah didnt deserve it.

She was a little curious why Bella had been there, or why she had been summoned there. But she rarely left the reservation but Jacob had told her that Bella had wanted to talk, so now curiousity was getting the best of her. She did as Bella asked and sat down across the table from her. Her wolf instincts kicking in immediately. "You've been to see him haven't you, your precious Edward? I can smell the cold ones a mile away. And even though I'm pretty sure you showered before coming here, it doesn't matter. That stench, I can smell even through all the cleansing you do." Her voice was soft. She was trying to be nice for Jacob's sake. Oh now she had some juicy information to share on his blushing new bride to be. Oh this was sure to be a delightful day.
The human in front of her irritated her more than one could believe. For years, she had to suffer through her Alpha's torturous relationship with the human. And although she wasn't a wolf the entire time, now the stench alone killed any chance at a friendly encounter. "Does Jacob know you've been with him? You kissed him didn't you? I can smell him all over you. It's disturbing...Jacob's going to be so disappointed when he finds out." She tried to smile, but it came out the way a genuine smile would, but a grin soon followed. "If you don't tell Jacob the truth, I will." She explained as she looked at the girl in front of her. Her voice and the tone were lowered so that the average human outside of the booth would have a difficult time in hearing her, but Bella would be able to hear her fine. She did not even sneer or anything in regard to the disgust she was feeling right now. She hated the vampires, and that was something Bella should know by now.

Bella half jumped as Leah started talking. She bit her lip in silence for a moment, looking down at her hands before her eyes looked up to gaze at Leah. One of Jacob's friends...she wouldnt have thought it possible for Leah to be any meaner, any colder than she was but it had happened.
"I go to school with him. We're in four classes together. I sit next to him in biology...of course i've seen him. How else would I get any school work done?" she spoke, countering everything Leah had said. She would have an excuse for seeing Edward...school was a top priority for Bella, especially with exams coming up "Im sorry if the smell bothers you but I cant change classes. I've tried. Im stuck in the same classes as Edward and we have been talking after school...about homework. I dont see why thats such a big deal."
Bella looked at Leah, a slight glare in her eyes "Jacob knows that im school with Edward and his brother...he knows that he and I do homework together, we study together...And of course you'd smell him on me, we spend hours together everyday. You used to go to school, weren't there people you didnt like in your class along with you?"

She was getting a little irritated at the point. Bella was so slow to think that she wouldn't see what was coming. She knew herself what it was like to be in Bella's situation. To be in love with a guy that didn't love you back. Or better yet, to be in love with someone who did, but your heart was completely torn in half. She'd been in that kind of a situation before. And it had nearly destroyed her. It was hard enough to remain somewhat civil to the human but she was trying hard.
She sighed. "Look, I really don't care, if you're in biology together or not. I never went to school with someone I didn't like, because unlike you I didn't get stuck near the cold blooded ones. You think I don't know what it's like? You have no idea what I've had to go through. How about seeing someone you love be with someone else, and not be able to do anything about it? You have a choice, that's all I'm saying. It's not about whether or not you're with my kind or if you're with the cold blooded ones, you still have a choice, in it all." The smell did bother her but she was trying not to let it show. She had to remain as normal as possible especially here of all places.
"I swear if something happens, to Jacob, because of what you're doing, you will regret it one way or another. And it may not be something you've done, it could be something that one of them have done!" She explained in a less critical tone but still an authoritive one. She never once backed down when she thought she was right about something, but today was no different. She knew she was right that something was beginning to happen between Edward and Bella.
