A giggle could be heard deep in Forks Forest. A short blond girl, in a tree house, was looking at herself in the mirror fascinated with her new wardrobe. She loved it! She took one last look at herself before leaving to explore the town. She had on a yellow shirt with a little face printed across it. Around her pale wrist was a colorful bracelets. Her black skirt fit her perfectly. She had on yellow converse that didn't exactly match her shirt to a tee, but she didn't mind.
With a soft bite of her lip she left the forest humming a soft tone of a song Mind Wide Open. She began skipping through streets. "I think I'm on fourth. Maybe fifth street." She spoke. She wasn't quiet sure were she was. She just needed to find something that looked familiar to go by. "Hmm, that looks familiar." She grinned and walked past it. "And that." "Not that." Finally after walking for five minutes she found herself at the Library.
Now that she knew where she was she walked quickly to a courtyard, and onto the open grass. A smile came across her face and she skipped past students outside enjoying themselves at school...most be over for smiling the way they are...
Luna took her hands through her blond curly hair, and walked around. Grinning, she started climbing a tree like a spider monkey and stopped half way up to sit on a branch. She peered down to see no one close by...She was either going to have a day to herself unless a student wanted to talk and in that case she might have a little fun, but most had left or were leaving.

Rosalie was leaving school late and wasn't too happy about it. She had decided to catch up on all the work she had missed and because it had only been a week she figured it would be easy. The problem with that was that she was a senior and her evil teachers had decided to load the seniors down early with work. She had spent the last fifteen minutes collecting one assignment after another and had them piled one on top of another. Rosalie had made a quick run to the library to get the necessary books she would need and after texting Jasper quickly to let her know she would be late Rosalie was on her way out.
The only problem was that Rosalie went out the wrong door to leave the school. There was more than one exit to leave Forks High school and the first brought you straight to the parking lot, the other led you toward the woods. Rosalie sighed and tried to open the door to get back in, but found it was locked. Rose knew her way around the school fairly well and was sure that she could make it to the parking lot if she just went around school.
Rose made her way through the wet grass and mud puddles. She was silently cursing herself for moving with Jasper to this small town. Even if it hadn't rained in two days everything was still wet. The whole town seemed to be perpetually in water. Rosalie had made it to the side of the building most close to the woods when the wind caught one of her papers and landed nearby a tree.
Rosalie ran to catch up to it, and when she made it the paper was soaking wet and covered in mud.
" Great..Just great..."

Luna watched the students until it became pretty quiet. Their were a few here and there and the smell of them made her mouth want to water. She wasn't in hunger though, she was already full on some man she cornered in an ally, only he wasn't as sweet as she had hoped. Which means later all she would search for a better smelling human and not just some random person.
Her eyes caught a teenage boy who looked to be fifteen. He started running to a car with an older boy in it, probably his older brother. On his way he tripped and fell into a puddle...Luna laughed finding amusement in the humans clumsiness. He got up unharmed though and left in the car. He eyes searched for someone else to watch... A blond girl came into view. She didn't look very happy. A paper she had been holding was caught by the wind; it flew to the tree she was in landing in a puddle getting completely soaked... Now she really didn't look happy.
" Great..Just great..."
Her head tilted lightly wondering why that would upset. Couldn't she just rewrite it? Luna never understood why others were so easily set off. "You can always re write it." Her voice was soft and distant. She jumped down from the branch landing graceful on her feet infront of the other blond. "My names Luna." She added cheerfully with a smile.

Rosalie had jumped when someone spoke to her. She had never in a million years expected someone to be up a tree in the middle of the woods near the school. The act of climbing in a tree seemed a little on the crazy side to Rosalie but this was Forks and she had seen a lot of strange things here. Students went to school in muddy pickup trucks that they were proud of for being dirty, and wore the most hideous clashing clothes. Things were different here. Rosalie hadn't looked up when she replied to the girl.
" No, I didn't write it. Its from my teacher and now I have to get another one because this one is ruined."
Rosalie looked up at the girl and was momentarily frozen in place. The girl had pale skin and red eyes which could only mean one thing: vampire. Rosalie had only seen Jasper's eyes turn a dark crimson red when he slipped up...killed a human. The girl before her had those same murdering eyes and Rosalie wished Jasper was with her. Without thinking she spoke
" I know what you are."
While that probably wasn't the most tactful and smart way to go she couldn't help but blurt it out. If this girl planned to make her a meal then Rosalie had some bad news for her because that was not going to happen. No there was not anything Rosalie could do to prevent it, but she clung to the hope that she could. Maybe call Jasper, or scream to get someone to notice her.

" No, I didn't write it. Its from my teacher and now I have to get another one because this one is ruined." This girl was confusing Luna. She blinked her red eyes once the tilted her head back up right. "Then why are you so upset about it? If you can get another there's no reason to be." It was true. To Luna, it was pointless to be mad about something that could be fixed with no problem.
" I know what you are." Luna found this rather odd too. It wasn't until recently she found the truth about herself and she's never met a human to know. If she understood correctly, humans aren't supposed to know at all or something happens to them. She blinked again, confused. Her mind quickly changed from those thoughts though and she smiled. "I know what you are too!"
She shoved her hands into her pants pockets. "I've never met someone who knows what I am. How exciting! Do you fancy a walk?" Lunas face was soft and sweet looking. She had no intentions of eating this human because of the fact she knew what she was. It was interesting to her. Plus, she didn't come to this area looking for food in the first place.

Rosalie had never met another vampire besides Jasper. She hadn't even known they were in existence until Jasper became one. She and Jasper had learned a lot from their little ordeal. Such as vampires were not evil because they..died, they did not turn into bats, they didn't die in the sunlight and neither garlic nor a silver bullet could hurt them. Rosalie and Jasper had adjusted and besides the fact that Jasper never aged and drank from humans things were..normal.
The vampire in front of her seemed anything but. The girl spoke sofly and lightly like she was in a dream and she acted like Rosalie was a neat little science experiment. The girl had seemed happy to know that someone knew who she was which again Rosalie thought was odd...were all vampires this way? Maybe it was the human blood that made them strange.
Rosalie had ignored the comment about not worrying about the paper, she of course had a response to give but now was not the time. There was nothing like eminent death to distract a person from the normal day to day school drama. Rosalie shook her head and spoke like she wasn't afraid, keeping her voice even and sure.
" No. I know because my brother is a vampire, if you hurt me he will find you and kill you. "
While that was mostly true Rosalie was certain that Jasper would have almost no way of knowing who killed her. She would have simply vanished and while someone may have seen her talking to a blond girl there was no guarantee they would ever see her again to identify her.
